Shipping policy

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Delayed or Lost Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at casadilussostl@gmail.com, and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
